Deep tissue, trigger point, cupping, sports and fitness massage as well as complete reflexology in a soothing, tranquil atmosphere. My massage practice is tailored to the indvidual clients needs, providing relaxation, full body wellness and muscle ache relief. BODY BY BROOKE ~ PERSONAL FITNESS COACHING Body by Brooke is a way to be healthy and fit, but without an uncomfortably large gym environment. As your professional personal trainer, I will help you to understand your body and to recognize what fitness and nutrition regime is best for you. One on One sessions or Group Training is available. Workout room, Sauna, Red Light Therapy and Massage services are offered in my relaxing, private haven.
